Ask an AWT Certified Operator
California and Nevada face growing water shortages and the interest in advanced water treatment and reuse have never been higher. Join our series of webinars to learn about the Advanced Water Treatment Operator® (AWTO) certification program, upcoming water reuse regulations and more.

Water treatment, wastewater treatment and water reuse operators working at facilities using advanced treatment technologies and related processes may be interested in earning the new, voluntary AWTO® Certification.

AWTO certification was developed by a coalition of water and wastewater professionals using a nationally recognized process to define the roles and responsibilities for water treatment. Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements and pass the exam are granted use of the AWTO credential.

Dr. Erin Mackey (moderator) is part of the AWTO Outreach work group and a Technology and Innovation Leader for Brown & Caldwell.
