NHMA will partner with leading organizations and experts to highlight the importance of addressing mental health needs, particularly in the Latino communities. We will discuss major challenges associated with COVID-19 burnout for healthcare workers and the ramifications it may have on their mental health, as well the impact it may have on the mental health of Hispanic families at-large as they navigate the many complexities and barriers exacerbated by the virus.
