Wilderness Survival in the Mountains: Tips and Techniques
Being forced to spend a unplanned night outdoors in the mountains can either be a mild annoyance or a life-threatening disaster - depending on how well you prepared ahead of time. In this webinar, we'll focus on what to do if someone in your party gets injured, lost, or sick, forcing you to spend one or more unplanned nights on a 14er. We will discuss decision-making and prioritization, wilderness first aid, techniques for building shelters and finding water, as well tips to make yourself easier to find and rescue.

If you are not available on April 26, sign up anyway and we will send you an on-demand recording to watch later.

Apr 26, 2023 06:00 PM in Mountain Time (US and Canada)
