أسبوع العمارة العربي هو مبادرة ثقافية تنظمها منصة آركي نت، تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على أبرز المعماريين في المنطقة العربية ممن تميزوا بإنجازاتهم ومشاريعهم الحاصلة على جوائز، إلى جانب الدراسات والأبحاث المهمة في مجالات العمارة والعمران والتصميم. نسعى من خلال هذه المبادرة إلى إثراء المحتوى العربي وتعزيز روح التعاون، ودعم المبدعين وتشجيعهم على مشاركة خبراتهم وتبادل المعارف المكتسبة من خلال المشاريع والدراسات المعروضة، بالإضافة إلى خلق قنوات تواصل بين المعماريين العرب. هذا العام، ولأول مرة، سيكون أسبوع العمارة بقيادة المجتمع، حيث دعونا مجتمع المعماريين في المنطقة العربية لتقديم مشاريعهم وأبحاثهم للمشاركة كمتحدثين في هذا الموسم المميز. تلقينا أكثر من 130 تقديمًا، وتم اختيار 20 مشاركة متميزة لتكون جزءًا من الحدث الذي سيُقام على مدار 5 أيام من 6 إلى 10 أكتوبر 2024. Arab Architecture Week is a cultural initiative organized by ArchiNet, through which we aim to highlight the most prominent architects in the Arab world, recognized for their achievements, award-winning projects, and significant studies and research in the fields of architecture, urbanism, and design within the Arab world. As part of our efforts to enrich Arabic content and foster a spirit of collaboration, this program aims to support and encourage creatives to share their expertise and exchange knowledge through the projects and studies presented, while also creating a communication channel between Arab architects. This year, for the first time, Arab Architecture Week will be community-driven! We invited the Arab architectural community to submit their projects and research for a chance to participate as speakers in this special edition. We received over 130 submissions, and 20 outstanding entries were selected to be part of the event, which will take place over five days, from October 6 to 10, 2024.
