Dr. Randall Dupont
Dean of the College of Business @LSUA
Dr. Randall Dupont is a Professor of Management at Louisiana State University of Alexandria, where he serves as Dean of the College of Business and holds the LSUA Alumni and Friends Endowed Chair. Dr. Dupont has 30-plus conference presentations to his credit in addition to several published articles and book reviews. His primary areas of research are employment and occupational dynamics. Currently, he publishes the LSUA CENLA Economic Dashboard, a monthly publication that monitors the economic pulse of central Louisiana and is distributed to 3,000 local business and community leaders, and leads Leadership CenLA, a joint leadership development program sponsored by the Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce and LSU Alexandria.

Online Recruitment Manager @LSU Online
Lisa is currently a Recruitment Manager with LSU Online. She is an LSU Tiger Alumna and enjoys being a dog mom, playing board games and traveling in her free time.
April Gordon
Student Success Coach @LSU Online
April Gordon is the Student Success Coach for the Applied Arts and Sciences, Religious Studies, and Business Administration programs for LSU online at LSUA. She has Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University and a Master's of Education in Early Childhood from Northwestern State University. She was a classroom teacher for 14 years before starting as a Student Success Coach this January.
