‘What does emotion-based care look like in practice?’

Sally Knocker, Meaningful Care Matters Consultant, will share some of the success stories of implementing the Butterfly Approach in Canada, the UK and Ireland, as well as some of the challenges we currently face. Sally brings over 35 years experience of working with older adults and those living with dementia, with a particular passion for bringing fun, love and meaningful activity into all parts of the day. More recently she also brings her experience of supporting her mother whilst her step-dad lived in a care home in England throughout the pandemic.
