(MDT), regarding proposed revisions to Rules 1.6, 1.7, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.16, 1.18 and 1.19, to implement Colorado House Bill 24-1045 and Colorado Senate Bill 24-115.
