Early and adaptive strategic planning for successful pharma product launch
This discussion will take a look at areas where early strategic planning and decision-making can have a huge impact when it comes to the success and ease of launch and beyond. We’ll explore what currently impedes early strategic thinking and our thoughts on what could be done to address this. In particular, we’ll put a spotlight on why getting ahead is particularly relevant in the emerging areas of cell and gene therapy where we’re working in relatively unchartered waters. Finally, as we all know from recent years, we need to expect the unexpected and plan for every eventuality. We’ll therefore touch on adaptive strategy and the feasibility of implementation in pharma. Our panellists will be James Aird, Jess Choi, Steve North and Manca Povsic from AMICULUM.

And we answer questions from the audience.

It should be of interest to anyone who is working in and around MedComms, or who is wanting to join the business.

The webinar is free of charge and, all being well, a recording will be posted afterwards at NetworkPharma.tv.

Note we are allowing 60 minutes for the webinar and we always aim to finish promptly on time.
