The Covid-19 pandemic has demonstrated the impact of radical disruption and the potential for radical reform to the world of work. The insights gained from this unique time are critical - not only for workers, employers, and labour directorates - but for the international community at large.
Shifts in how, where, when and if we can work have had significant implications for individual wellbeing, business and economic models, trade and international development, and even nature and the climate. But how has this changed our vision of the future?
In this third edition of the Future of Work Summit, we are convening diverse voices and expertise from International Geneva and beyond to explore unusual connections and missing links in the current discourse on the Future of Work.
Gathering in-person and online, we will exchange insights from cutting-edge research and action, spark new relationships, inspire new ideas, and discover common ground for collaboration on future challenges.

The Summit will span two days, as follows:

26 April DAY 1: Thinking Ahead with International Geneva

High Level Session | 17:00 – 19:00 CET
We invite leaders of international organizations, business, government, and academia to share forward-looking perspectives on the future of work from diverse vantage points.

27 April DAY 2: Youth Thinking Ahead

9:00 – 17:00 CET
We hand the controls to ‘Youth Thinking Ahead’, our community of students and young professionals. They will host an inter-generational dialogue challenging our thinking, pushing the boundaries of new ideas
