15th Suffolk House and 2nd Suffolk Senate Candidates Forum, sponsored by the Ward 19  Democratic Committee

Join us July 21st for a Candidates Forum for Legislative Democratic Primaries of the 15th Suffolk House and 2nd Suffolk Senate Races

Please come to this virtual Candidates Forum to learn more about each of the four candidates running for the 15th Suffolk House Seat and the four candidates running for the 2nd Suffolk Senate Seat in the Mass. State Legislature. The Democratic Primary for these two races will be held on September 6. Through this Candidates Forum, we will provide an opportunity for Ward 19 Committee members and residents, as well as anyone else who is interested, to learn more about the candidates in these two races.

The four candidates in the 15th Suffolk House race are: Richard Fierro, Roxanne Longoria, Sam Montaño and Mary Ann Nelson

The four candidates in the 2nd Suffolk Senate race are: Rev. Miniard Culpepper, Rep. Nika Elugardo, Rep. Liz Miranda, and Former Sen. Dianne Wilkerson

Via a zoom webinar format, you will get to hear each candidate give opening statements, answer questions and give closing statements. The tentative schedule is:
6:30 pm: Greetings and brief remarks from legislators with no Democratic opponents who will likely be representing parts of Boston Ward 19 in the next legislative session.
6:40 pm: 15th Suffolk House Forum
7:35 pm: 2nd Suffolk Senate Forum
8:30 pm : Closing remarks
