Yanny’s glass paintings are created using an old technique known as Verre Eglomisé. In this talk she will outline a brief history of the method and how she developed the practice for her recent exhibition 'Field of Vision, Botanical Treasures in Focus' at the Olivier Cornet Gallery in Dublin. Acid etch, gold leaf, and a variety of mediums are brought together to capture our wild flowers in glowing colour.
