AJX Homes has completed over 1,000 Fix and Flip projects in San Diego, Jacksonville, Tampa, San Antonio, Orlando, and Nashville combined. AJX Properties has acquired over 196 single family rental homes in San Diego, San Antonio, and Jacksonville. AJX Holdings currently serves as a General Partner on 12 multifamily apartment complexes totaling over 913 units. INVESTMENT STRATEGY: The AJX Diversified Real Estate Fund will be primarily used to provide funding to AJX Homes, AJX Properties, and AJX Holdings. INVESTMENT CRITERIA: Investment opportunities are open to Accredited Investors. The minimum investment is $50,000.
