Mandatory Federal COVID-19 Testing & Vaccinations for Trucking

As written the current federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate has the potential to impact the trucking industry by requiring businesses with over 100 employees to be vaccinated or be tested. If the courts do not continue the stay for the mandate, truckers will have to comply by February 2022.
