Robin Kahn
Director, Health & Benefits Integrated Wellbeing Strategist @Willis Towers Watson
Robin is one of Willis Towers Watson’s lead Wellbeing strategists. Specifically, Robin has experience in overall strategy development, total rewards, employee communications, benefit design, measurement, as well as inclusion & diversity. She has led complex, comprehensive initiatives across areas of health and benefits, as well as sales and marketing, operations and technology. Robin’s diverse background includes not only partnering with employers to determine the optimal strategies across several functional areas, but also leading internal and external teams to thoughtfully plan and execute these strategies and measure their impact on organizations. Robin holds a B.A. degree in Japanese Language and Culture from the University of Michigan and has completed MBA coursework at the University of Illinois-Chicago. She has held a Board of Directors position with the Integrated Benefits Institute and worked closely with the University of Michigan Center for Value-Based Insurance Design.
Ray Baumruk
Sr. Director, Talent & Reward Employee Experience Architect @Willis Towers Watson
As a Senior Director, Ray works at the intersection of HR, Marketing, and design across the entire spectrum of human capital and benefits to help clients deliver enhanced employee wellbeing and a great overall employee experience. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Ray was a Partner and Global Practice Leader at several HR consulting and technology firms. Ray has authored significant research studies and articles over many years including Employee Wellbeing Mindset (in collaboration with The Business Group on Health) and Workforce Mindset Studies and has been cited over 350 times in academic publications. Ray is a contributing author to several periodicals and has been frequently quoted in media including Fortune Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and HR Executive. Ray earned a M.S., Management (MBA) in Marketing and Strategic Management and a B.S., Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
