In her current role, Charlene also collaborates with media industry and advocacy organizations to provide insights on diverse communities. She joined Nielsen in 2009 after graduating from Florida A&M University with her BS and MBA. Outside of Nielsen, Charlene is a founding member of the Washington, DC chapter of Chief—the private network for women leaders, an event speaker, mentor, adjunct professor, wife and mom.
