When will the Planning document for Phase 1 be provided to Colleges. This needs to go through participatory governance processes.

At least one ZTC program must be developed. More is possible

What if there are existing ZTC degrees that you want to implement at your college?

Might be a dumb question - but this ZTC degree is not just that majors courses are ZTC, but that all courses, including the GE courses?

I am a little confused on how Phase 2 and 3 are related. It's clear how 1 and 3 are related (we use money from 1 to develop a plan we implement with money received in 3). Is a different plan/degree/certificate being developed in 2? Different than the plan developed in 1 with 3 in mind, I mean? Thank you in advance.

Will phase 2 and 3 have the same reporting requirements?

The reporting requirements are iin the legislation - so they would be the same. But 2 and 3 are not related.

Now, I'm confused about Phase 2. It was stated that it is for those who have already developed ZTC.

Phase 2 is for anyone who get to a ZTC award quickly.

Are we allow to work collaboratively with other colleges? Can we multiply colleges apply together for phase 2?

One college has to be the fiscal agent.

If you receive the funds and you collaborate with CSU, can you award funds to them?

To clarify, regardless of phase, every college receives only up to $200K total? Or is Phase 2 on top of that?

And phase 3 will be released after the new year?

Phase 3 is like Phase 1 - paid via apportionment. There is nothing being released that you have to respond to.

Can Fiscal Agent pay a Grant Administrator to handle payments to faculty/staff at other colleges?
